Cuckold Doug Hampton went on a Las Vegas radio station yesterday and gave some details about the Senator Ensign affair which, to say the least, is a little gross. Apparently, Doug Hampton was cuckold in the worst way possible. According to the cuckold, the affair started in the same house that both families shared – temporarily. That’s right it started in front of the children. I told you it was gross.
Here’s the weird part Senator Tom Coburn, Senator Ensign’s BFF, is citing privilege in his part in all of this. Senator Tom Coburn is a physician and an ordained deacon. First, there is no privilege for ordained deacons. Second Senator Tom Coburn is an OB/GYN. So that must have been one hell of a consultation. As the two senators are roommates, BFFs, colleagues …blah blah blah there are a couple of things needed to invoke the privilege. Such as when was the first time Senator Coburn uh Dr. Coburn uh Senator Dr. Coburn saw Senator Ensign in the capacity as a physician? Where does Dr. Senator Coburn keep Senator Ensign’s medical records? Are there records of other individuals? At the same location? And most importantly when did Senator Coburn submit his medical bill to Senator Ensign? I hear their health insurance is fabulous. In other words, where is the neutral third party proof that Senator Coburn is Senator Ensign’s physician? Was this particular consultation done between the two of them in private or was their another person there? Because America’s favorite cuckold husband says other people were there. Third Senator Coburn already spoke about the situation so the privilege claim (if anyone really believed it existed in the first place) goes out the window.
Either Senator Coburn really believes his claim OR he has been in Cuckoo Land (That’s Cuckoo as in crazy and not Cuckold which in the case is profitable.) for so long that Senator Coburn thinks the American people are stupid enough to buy it.
Senator Tom Coburn should slowly back away from this career-ending story. He needs to sit down with a lawyer (one that is not from Cuckoo Land or the Land of Wishful Thinking) and get a complete understanding of privilege. I fear that Senator Coburn wrongly believes his conversations regarding the nation’s business are privileged because he is a medical doctor or a wanna-be preacher and people talk to him in the capacity as a United States senator.
No, Senator Coburn, it does not work that way.
